Registration and abstract submission  

Abstract submission is required and a significant number of additional speakers will be selected from abstracts. You will be informed about our decision approximately 2 to 4 weeks after the registration deadline together with the payment information, which can be made via credit card or bank transfer.  No visa letters will be issued until the payment of the registration fee is confirmed.

Registration fees:
(include admission, conference material, meals and coffee breaks)


Academia                  600€       

Industry                    800€      


Participants are expected to cover their own travel and accommodation expenses.

Please pay within 2 weeks of getting the acceptance email, otherwise we will have to cancel your registration and choose from the waiting list.

Abstract submission 

  • We accept only online submitted abstracts. 
  • Abstract length: up to 2500 characters. The maximum limit refers to manually typed text (spaces included).
  • Please indicate the co-authors and their respective institution into the body of the abstract text.
  • The abstract can be uploaded either as a word-file or as a pdf-file.
  • Please note that the abstract book will show a text-only version of your abstract. 

Cancellation policy

Please note that there will be no refunds once the registration fee has been paid.
