Registration
Registration opens in spring 2026.
Application and abstract submission

You will be informed about our decision approximately 2 weeks after the registration deadline, together with the payment information. You can pay via PayPal, credit card, or bank transfer. No visa letters will be issued until the registration fee payment is confirmed.
Registration fees

Industry 1500 €
Participants are expected to cover their own travel and accommodation expenses. Please pay within 2 weeks of getting the acceptance email, otherwise we will have to cancel your registration and choose from the waiting list.
