Registration

Registration opens in spring 2026.

Application and abstract submission

Since the number of external participants is limited, participation to the meeting will be selected from the submitted abstracts. Therefore, abstract submission is required for the application and a significant number of additional speakers and/or poster presentations will be selected from abstracts.

You will be informed about our decision approximately 2 weeks after the registration deadline, together with the payment information. You can pay via PayPal, credit card, or bank transfer. No visa letters will be issued until the registration fee payment is confirmed.
